This five stone sterling silver ring has a central orange andalusite and four purple tanzanites.
Andalusite and tanzanite both show some of the strongest pleochroism in the gem world, often trichroic, and can be very strong. This is one of the reasons why andalusite in particular is one of my favorite stones, and they both compliment each other in their complexity.
