This 6 inch long pipe is made from black walnut, with a delicately fitted deer rib stem. Polished with a protective coating of my beeswax and oil blend. The stem offers a gentle curve, utilizing the natural curve in the bone giving the piece an ideal shape.
I like to bring out the natural beauty of the materials I use in a way that fuses the various media and allows for a functional finished piece of art. I let the material speak to me.
