This signet ring is cast in lead-free pewter. The ring size when cast is 7.25. The sealing image is a calligrapher using a giant brush.
I remember in my travels seeing mostly older people, retirees, in parks practicing calligraphy with water and brushes on the ground. The brushes they used weren't this big, this would be big even for a mop. Would be cool though
This is part of a series of signet rings I am making cast from lead-free pewter. Each master ring is hand sculpted to give a unique, rustic style, relief image when used as a seal, with sealing wax.
