This signet ring is cast in lead-free pewter. The ring size when cast is 7.25. The sealing image is a series of partial profile busts drinking milk from the breast of the one that came before.

This is a chain signet ring, intended to in part mimic the cylinder seals from history, in which the seal could be rolled continuously to create an extended imprint, the chain signet rings don't roll, but can be pressed in a line as links in a chain to create a continuous seal.
This is part of a series of signet rings I am making cast from lead-free pewter. Each master ring is hand sculpted to give a unique, rustic style, multi-dimensional relief image when used as a stamp to seal, with sealing wax.
