This signet ring is cast in lead-free pewter (Britannia alloy). The ring size when cast is 7. The sealing image is a naga doing a cobra dance.
Naga, lamia, nuwa, there are many creatures that are half snake half person. This one is doing a cobra shadow dance, the arm is the tongue.
This is part of a series of signet rings I am making cast from lead-free pewter. Each ring is hand sculpted to give a unique, rustic style, relief image when used as a seal, with sealing wax.
