This size 4.5 sterling silver ring has a beautiful natural pink ruby cut en cabochon mounted on its face. Handmade, from start to finish. Even the ruby was mined from the emerald hallow mine in North Carolina, hand cut and polished by me.
The inside band of the ring is not fully polished.
